woah I didn’t know this :O
Wait I’m confused, so that made it do this trippy spinny thingy and then just reblogged it. What is the diff?
power of vulnerability video - brene brown.
talks about: shame, love, worthiness, sense of belonging
-“in order for a connection to be made, we need to allow ourselves to be seen”
-“those with a strong sense of love and belonging believe they are worthy of love and belonging”
-“and i know that vulnerability is the core of shame and fear and our struggle for worthiness, but it appears that it’s also the birthplace of joy, creativity, belonging, and love.”
-“we live in a vulnerable world. and one of the ways we deal with it is we numb vulnerability”
-“believe that we’re enough. because when we work from a place, i believe, that says, “i’m enough,” then we stop screaming and start listening, we’re kinder and gentler to the people around us, and we’re kinder and gentler to ourselves.”
ERRYBODY (ESP THOSE ON THAT PROCESS TOWARD SELF-LOVE/DISCOVERY ETC) NEEDS TO WATCH THIS. like now.

The Labyrinth.: Love is Easy. Relationships are Hard.
Love is Easy. Relationships are Hard.by Kelly Zen-Yie Tsai
If the timing is right. If the communication
is clear. If the desires are the same. If the
geography can be condensed. If the eating
habits are compatible. If the sleep schedule
can be arranged. If the friends are not trifling.
If the exes are not crazy. If the toilet bowl stays
scrubbed. If the taxes are paid. If the credit isn’t
shot. If the papers are legit. If the addictions are
handled. If the life dreams are pursued. If the phone
can be picked up. If the families are friendly enough.
If the jealousy can be reigned in. If the hygiene
is on point. If the changes can be trusted. If the punches
aren’t thrown. If the insults are neutralized. If the jobs
stay steady. If the passion reinvigorates itself. If the
religious practices don’t desecrate each other. If the lies
recede to truth. If the truth stays off Facebook and
Twitter…and Tumblr. If the Skype doesn’t malfunction.
If the childhood trauma heals. If the teenage trauma heals.
If the young adult trauma heals. If the middle-aged trauma
heals. If the sociopolitical worlds settle. If the grudges
are finally let go…
If we can do it (just this one time) for the love.
love is a journey, i'm hoping i return from.: Put a face with the name
This is George Zimmerman.
We as a community need to put a face with the name. Everyone needs to see what this sociopath, white supremacist, child murderer looks like.
This grown man^^^^ claims self defence against this unarmed child.
Trayvon Martin.
Spread…
This needs to be publicised massively - it’s the only way it’s going to happen. Make him famous and get him arrested.

BLACK WALL STREET is not a record label started by The Game.
Black Wall Street was the most prosperous black community in America during the 1920’s located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was known as “Little Africa” or “Black Beverly Hills”, a prime example of racial nationalism. To put into perspective of how money flowed in Black Wall Street, a dollar took 365 DAYS to leave the community, now a dollar leaves an African American Community every 15 MINUTES. The community had hundreds of businesses all negro owned and their motto was “To educate every child”.
June 1, 1921 white supremacists bombed BLACK WALL STREET and killed over 3000 people and destroyed over 600 businesses. 21 churches, 21 restaurants, 30 grocery stores, a hospital, bank, post office, and most schools were destroyed. The dead were buried in unmarked graves. It wasn’t till 1997 that Oklahoma decided to pass the “1921 Race Riot Reconciliation Act” which provided decedents of that area a free college education.
